I used wampserver. Joomla installation finished. And then , need to delete
installation folder. What does it mean? I installed
joomla under c\wamp\www\joomla15. will I delete this folder? After deleted this folder and
I type " http://localhost/joomla15 /index.php .

Oops!!! That is wrong action bro. If you deleted to joomla15 folder, all files are will be gone.
Correct way is there is "installation" folder under joomla15. You need to delete or rename to this folder.
Okay, let it be. If you deleted to joomla15 folder, need to re-install again. Before you re-install, need to
empty your existing joomla database.

joomla installation လုပ္တာ အခဳ step 4 ကိုေရာက္သြားပါျပီ။ဒါေပမယ္႔ next လုပ္လုိ႔မရဘူး ျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ အခု database configuration မွာဆက္သြားလုိ႔မရေတာ႔ဘူး လုပ္ပါအံုး Joomla version ကJoomla_1.5.20-Stable-Full_Package(2).zip ကို htdoxsထဲမွာ joomla ဆိုတဲ႔ name နဲ႔ zip ေျဖျပီးသားပါ.

backup old tables ကို check

လုပ္ထားတယ္ အကုိ။ ဒါေပမယ္႔ next သြားလုိ႔မရေတာ႔လုိ႔ပါ အကို လုပ္ပါအံူးေနာ႔။password က ဘာရိုက္ကမွာလဲ မသိလုိ႔ပါ. ကူညီပါအံုး

It is your database password. I think some of DB info are wrong so that you cannot continue to next step. So, you should check your setting.
