when I type user name ('red') and password ('red') in joomla installation,
it tell user name and password are incorrect!!!!

may I know,
these user name and password are any things as I like?

Joomla Installation လုပ္ရင္ Default User တစ္ေယာက္ ပါလာပါတယ္။ Username က admin ပါ။ ျပင္လို႔ မရဘူး။ password က ျပင္လို႔ ရတယ္။ ျပင္ခ်င္တယ ္ ဆိုရင္ Step 3 မွာ ျပင္ႏိုင္ပ ါတယ္။

I tried again but
not ok
I use wamp server 2.0 (window apache mysql..)
I no use xampp software...

I use "admin" word for user name.
password is sth I like.
but
it usually appear "user name & password provided are incorrect" as the message box.
so do I need to use only xampp?
is it not ok with wanp?
tell me gain , please....

brother, I want to share how to solve that problem.. Bro, please let me share naw.. I put "root" as username then i leave blank field in the password box. I put "root" as db name..
I done like that, after that, i can overcome..

Okay, great.
May I know which Joomla version did you install? If not Joomla 1.5, pls install to Joomla 1.5. Right now very hard to find out Joomla 1.0 extension so that you should start with 1.5.
1) Need to Study for Section,Category and Article Flow first.
2) Need to study for Joomla's extension
3) Need to study for Joomla's template customization according your web site flow.

Currently, I got only this 3 points first.

Thanks a lot and I tried to check the utf8_general_ci but don't know where to check. . The JOOMLA was installed by eassyapplication which supported by Hosting.
Is it to check in Phpmyadim ? I checked. It set utf8-general_ci at the first page and I saw two database. Then I clicked on first database and saw alot of table, but in Collation column it state like " latin1_swedish_ci ". I really don't know. Sorry for bothering you.

I am not sure which one is Joomla DB because there are 2 DBs inside. So you may need to know which is Joomla DB.
After you know it, go to "jos_content" table to check for "utf8-general_ci".
You should check "introtext" and "fulltext" columns for this collation type.
Don't worry Bro. If there is a will there is a way!

joomla ကို template ခ်ိန္းလိုက္တာ frontpage တခုပဲေျပာင္းပါတယ္ တျခား page ေတြ ပါ template ေျပာင္းခ်င္ရင္ ဘယ္လိုလုပ္ရမယ္ဆို တာကို ေျပာျပေပးေစခ်င္ပါတယ္....ခုလို joomla အေၾကာင္းေတြ ေရးထားေပးတဲ့ တြက္လည္း အမ်ားၾကီးေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္..............

Template ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကေတာ့ install လုပ္ျပီး Extensions > Template Manager မွာ ကိုယ္သုံးခ်င္တဲ့ template ကို default ေျပာင္းလိုက္ရင္ site တစ္ခုလုံးကို ေျပာင္းတယ္ ခင္ဗ်။
ဘယ္လိုလုပ္ေနတယ္ ဆိုတာကို details ေျပာမွ စဥ္းစားရတာ ပိုအဆင္ေျပမယ္။

IIS ကို service ထဲကေန Off ထားျပီးေတာ့ Apache ကို port ေနာက္တစ္ခုနဲ႔ install လုပ္ေပါ့။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္ .. iis မွာပဲ .. အကို ဆီက download လုပ္ထားတဲ့ folder ကို web sharing လုပ္ၿပီး .. localhost ကေန ေခၚတာ အဆင္ေျပသြားၿပီ .. joomla install လုပ္တာလဲ ၿပီးသြားပါၿပီ .. အဲဒီ iis နဲ႔ run တာရယ္ .. apache နဲ႔ run တာရယ္မွာ ဘယ္လို ကြာတာလဲ ... ???

ကြၽန္ေတာ္ ဒီ Post မွာ သုံးထားတား Joomla 1.0 ဗ်။ ခုခ်ိန္မွာ 1.6 ကိုေတာင္သြားေနျပီ ဆိုေတာ့ အနည္းဆုံးေတာ့ 1.5 ကိုသုံးသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဒီမွာ 1.5 installation ေရးထားတာ ရွိပါတယ္။
